Welcome to my 12 week course where teens and pre-teens learn to thrive through personal empowerment and inspiration. Purposefully designed to help a young person discover who they truly are and what they are capable of, while fostering positive habits and means for independence. This isn’t just about teaching skills—it’s about unlocking potential, building confidence, and guiding them to embrace their unique strengths. Through self-discovery, emotional resilience, and real-world problem-solving, we help your child take charge of their future with a sense of purpose and excitement. This journey is about more than just success—it’s about helping them become the best version of themselves, ready to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and heart.

If your child learns even just one thing from this course you will notice the difference in them and their actions. Every week is jammed full of valuable skills and knowledge that often even adults don’t know. 

Please consider doing the course alongside your child, as it can be a powerful experience for them to see you partaking and be willing to try some of the ideas mentioned. Ultimately it is only 1 hour a week and not very onerous to join in but will yield incredible results.

Finding balance in life helps you manage responsibilities without feeling overwhelmed or stressed, leading to lasting happiness and well-being. It's an ongoing process of understanding your needs, setting priorities, and creating a plan that works for you. By maintaining balance, you can achieve everything you want in life while enjoying greater satisfaction and mental health.

Building your self confidence: Those who mind don’t matter
Self confidence and self esteem is really easy to create and continually enhance in yourself when you know what it's actually about and where we actually get it from. This will help you to quickly gain confidence, develop true support systems and learn good versus negative feedback and what that does to us mentally.

Growth mindset: Breaking negative thoughts
Developing a positive mindset no matter the situation, learning how to break away from negativity and what negative thought patterns do to us, learning a few simple tips to start forming good habits in your life.

Learning to embrace your flaws and become flawsome
"Flawsome" is a term that combines "flaws" and "awesome," highlighting the idea that embracing your imperfections can lead to a more authentic and fulfilling life.
